How we look after your data.

We collect what it takes to run our products, help you, and bill you. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Card payments go through Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us.

Our products use AI models from outside providers. To do a task, a product sends the provider the text, files or screenshots that task needs, sometimes through a routing service. The provider handles that data under its own terms, and those terms can let it keep requests for a while.

When we have a choice, we pick provider terms that limit how long requests are kept and whether they can be used for training. Terms vary from provider to provider and can change, so we won't make promises on their behalf. Please keep passwords, payment details and other sensitive information out of a request unless the task really needs it.

Our products run on servers in the United States. Each Lenexa.bot Website Studio customer gets their own Studio server, rented mostly from NameHero's data center in Lenexa, Kansas. Sites built in Website Studio publish to hosting the customer owns.

We work with a short list of service providers for things like payments, email, DNS and network protection. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.

Connections to our sites and products are encrypted. Our servers sit behind firewalls, only a few people on our team can sign in to them, and administrative access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, so if something looks off, please tell us.

We use analytics to see which pages are useful. This site and Lenexa Learn use Google Analytics, and lenexa.bot uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Signed-in products use a cookie to keep you signed in. Each site's privacy page has the details.
